Personal information provided to the Assocation by persons applying for membership or standing as a friend of the Association is retained in a secure location and treated as confidential material.

We will not sell, give, share or otherwise disclose our membership or mailing lists to any person, corporation or agency for any reason except where required by Federal or Provincial law or for purposes of a financial or tax audit.

We will attempt to contact you by email or Canada Post to provide you with information about forthcoming Association events.

We will attempt to contact you by email if a meeting is cancelled.
